Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every item produced for The Leisure Party.
Each product is made to order by Printful, our fulfillment partner.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if an item:

  • Arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, or

  • Does not match your order (wrong item or size).

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or size preference

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items returned without prior authorization

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

4. How to Start a Return

Email support@leisureparty.org with:

  • Order number

  • Description and photos of the issue

We’ll review your claim and provide next steps.

Shipping Policy

Effective Date: November 1, 2025

All orders from The Leisure Party are fulfilled and shipped by Printful.

1. Fulfillment Time

Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipping.
Each item is made to order to reduce waste and inventory.

2. Shipping Times

Typical delivery estimates:

  • U.S.: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

  • International: 10–20 business days (customs may apply)

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier performance.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and Printful’s rates.

4. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

5. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@leisureparty.org within 14 days. We’ll work with Printful to replace or refund your item.
